Spiced Chicken Thighs
I have found that the best recipes are always the simplest. They all relate in that they are quick, easy, and almost anyone can do it. Take, for instance, my Spiced Chicken Thigh recipe. This marinade comes together with just a few pantry staples including paprika, dried parsley, garlic powder, and a few fresh flavor additions. The spices meld together beautifully with the tender, juicy meat, creating a savory experience that is uncomplicated yet satisfying. I love pairing this with herb-roasted carrots and any steamed vegetable.

6 boneless skinless chicken thighs

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp garlic cloves minced
